Flagship #001:
While it is now
research focus
Who are the people and communities shaping Qatar’s cultural identity today, and how are they creating the future of the region?
While It Is Now, Qissah Culture Lab’s first flagship project, follows artists, creatives, cultural practitioners, collectives and communities that are actively contributing to Qatar’s evolving cultural landscape, documenting the ideas, practices, spaces and forms of expression emerging around them as they happen, instead of waiting for a moment in which they will have to be recorded retrospectively.
